What we collect

Only what you type into the order form: the property address, what the appraisal is for, the service level, your needed-by date, your name, email, phone, and your role. If you’re an appraiser joining our bench, we also collect your license number, the counties you cover, and your experience. We don’t track you around the web beyond the ad measurement below.

Where it goes

Your request lands in our private lead table (hosted by Coda) and triggers an instant email alert to us (sent through Resend). If either of those fails, the request is written to our hosting provider’s server logs (Vercel) so we don’t lose it. That’s the whole path.

Who sees it

Bearing’s operating partners, and the certified appraiser we assign to your file. We share your address and contact details with that appraiser so they can schedule the inspection. That’s it — we never sell your information, and we don’t hand it to anyone who isn’t working on your appraisal.

Ad measurement

This site can load Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta tools so we can measure which ads bring real requests. Conversion events fire only after you submit a request — not from just browsing. If you’d rather block them, a tracker-blocking browser extension will.

How long we keep it

Lead records are kept for the length of this service. Want yours deleted? Reply to any Bearing email and we’ll remove it.
